my approach to therapy

Is through Integrating psychotherapy, expressive arts, and somatic healing.

This work is:

  • Bottom-up (nervous-system-led) and insightful (top-down aware)

  • Trauma-informed and directive (no “smile and nodding” as a therapeutic technique)

  • Rooted in Brainspotting, EMDR, Expressive Arts, and deep presence

  • Open to the spiritual dimension without bypassing the human one

Neurodivergence

I specialize in working with neurodivergent people—ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, Highly Sensitive People (HSP), looking to create a relationship, a career, and a life that works for their unique needs. I support neurodivergent clients in developing their unique and often spiritual gifts as a way to navigate the complexities of these patterns.

relationships

Looking to work through attachment trauma, build healthy relationships, or heal intergenerational trauma? I work with couples and individuals, in alternative relationship styles (Kink, BDSM, LDR, intercultural, polyamory, LGBTQ+). I use my years of teaching tantra and conscious sexuality through a therapeutic lens.

Creativity

I specialize in working with creatives across all fields. I also work with clients looking for psychedelic integration, as well as integration from various holistic and therapeutic techniques. I also specialize in working with death and grief, and integration of this emotional process. I also specialize in working with expats, having been an expat for 10+ years, and the unique issues of integrating into a different culture.
