HI, I’M LEXI FAITH

I’m a multidisciplinary arist, author, and the founder of the Kala Method, a therapeutic modality that incorporates expressive arts therapies, kriya yoga, and intuitive techniques such as reiki, the akashic records, hypnosis and more to take clients into trance states so that they can rewire their subconscious mind, process complex trauma, and utilize the creative embodiment and yogic techniques to recreate a new way of being. My work is taken from 7 years of research as a devout yoga and meditation practitioner, a trained clinical psychotherapist with a degree in expressive art therapy.

I have taken hundreds of clients on journeys, retreats, and in 1:1 containers for the past decade, helping them clear emotional and energetic blockages, supporting them with creative projects and branding businesses, and most of all focusing on building healthy relationships with oneself, others, and a higher power.

I am first and foremost an artist, and deeply believe in the power of the arts to transform our lives, paired with the magic of the unseen world, and grounded psychotherapeutic techniques to support your personal transformation, from the inside, out.
